Additionally, Mariko Ichikawa ships merchandise on request to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business to prepare your order for shipment, although we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Complimentary shipping is via Ground delivery. Expedited shipping options may be selected and paid for at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: As Mariko Ichikawa kimono are made from second hand materials, typically there are no customs and import duties applied to International orders. When the shipment reaches its destination, if any customs or import duties are due, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Mariko Ichikawa is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
SALES TAX: Mariko Ichikawa charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
RETURNS: Let us know if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and send you a return shipping label, as long as the request is made within 14 days and items are in new and unused condition with all original tags.
RETURN SHIPPING: To return your product, please email info@marikoichikawa.com and request a return shipping label. Please ship your return back to include all of the original packaging.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming the item is returned in good, re-saleable condition, you will receive a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
