SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Mariko Ichikawa ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Mariko Ichikawa ships merchandise on request to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Once your order is received, please allow 2-3 business days prior to shipping.
Complimentary shipping is via Ground delivery. Expedited shipping options may be selected and paid for at checkout. All kimonos are subject to availability and shipping times may fluctuate seasonally, based on carrier service traffic.

INTERNATIONAL: As Mariko Ichikawa kimono are made from second hand materials, typically there are no customs and import duties applied to International orders. When the shipment reaches its destination, if any customs or import duties are due, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Mariko Ichikawa is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
SALES TAX: Mariko Ichikawa charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
RETURNS: Let us know if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and we’ll collect it from you as long as the request is made within 30 days and items are in new and unused condition with all original tags.
